i finally made a neocities because i got bit by the nostalgia bug. the more i tinker with templates the more html/css i remember from the early 00's haha
i swear i'm gonna edit this template and remember how to code. i haven't coded since like 2009 on neopets i gotta dust off the html/css brain cell!!!!
